Before you start.
How do I send my project files?
After the request is created, share project files through your preferred external HTTPS link inside the Project Workspace—for example Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer, Mega or iCloud Drive. Customer file upload to Nocturna is not available.
Where do we communicate?
Messages, project status, materials links, versions, feedback and delivery stay connected to your private account and Project Workspace.
How does review and feedback work?
When Nocturna publishes a review version, you can listen inside the Workspace and leave feedback at exact audio timestamps.
How do payments work?
A request does not create a charge. The current quote and invoice workflow remains the commercial authority, including for Mixing and Mastering.
Does submitting a brief create a charge?
No. A charge exists only after an authenticated quote is accepted and an invoice is issued.
Can I send files before signing in?
No. Pre-authentication intake accepts text and links only; private uploads become available after account claim.
