Standard Product License

Non-exclusive license

This Product is licensed on a non-exclusive basis. The same Template, Sample Pack or other digital Product may be licensed to multiple Nocturna Sounds users. You do not obtain exclusive ownership of the underlying Nocturna Product. The Product files are licensed, not sold, and Nocturna retains ownership of the source Product and all rights not expressly granted.

What you can do

Subject to a valid entitlement and these terms, Nocturna grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and non-transferable license to use the Product files as production material in your own original musical works and audiovisual projects, including commercial releases.

For Templates, you may learn from the project; study its arrangement, mixing, processing, sound design and workflow; practice production techniques; modify the project; and use permitted elements as part of a materially larger original work.

For Sample Packs, you may edit, process, combine and incorporate licensed samples into a materially larger original work. You may release, perform, distribute, monetize and synchronize that resulting original work.

You may collaborate with artists, engineers or contractors who need temporary access solely for your project and who are bound to protect the Product files.

What you cannot do

• Resell, sublicense, share, upload or redistribute the original Product or its source files.
• Share account access or protected download links.
• Repackage the Product or substantially similar isolated files as another Template, Sample Pack, construction kit, project file, stock asset, preset library, competing product, public download or content-identification reference.
• Release a supplied Template or project substantially unchanged as your own original work.
• Claim authorship or exclusive ownership of the underlying non-exclusive Product, register it by itself with a rights society, or use it in a way that blocks legitimate use by Nocturna or other licensees.

Third-party tools and assets

Ableton Live, other DAWs, plug-ins, fonts and other third-party software or assets remain subject to their own licenses and terms. The Product description should identify known included dependencies or required software when factual. You remain responsible for clearances for additions you make or external material you combine with the Product. Nocturna does not grant rights it does not own.

Exclusive Ghost Productions

This Standard Product License does not govern Exclusive Ghost Productions. An Exclusive Ghost Production uses a separate exclusive agreement or License and must not be treated as a non-exclusive Template or Sample Pack.

Refund effect

After a provider-confirmed full refund allocated to this exact Order item, future entitlement and download access for this exact Product end. Transaction, License, entitlement and download history remain. Files already downloaded cannot be remotely recovered or disabled; continued use after the License ends may be unauthorized, subject to mandatory law. Partial or ambiguous refunds do not silently revoke unrelated access.

Evidence and termination

The assigned License version and transaction evidence remain attached to the entitlement history. The License may end for a material breach that is not cured where cure is reasonably possible, or under the exact-item full-refund rule above. Termination does not erase accrued payment, evidence or mandatory rights.
