Nocturna Producers Community Terms

Membership and price

The Nocturna Producers Community is one monthly membership at EUR 23. There are no membership tiers. Signup is available only while the protected membership control is active. Stripe's successful paid monthly invoice is the authority for each paid cycle.

Credits

Each successful paid monthly cycle grants 3 Community credits, up to a maximum unused balance of 6. A Premium Template, eligible Sample Pack or Community Drop costs 1 credit when explicitly marked eligible. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, refunded for cash or used outside the eligible catalog. If a grant would exceed the cap, only the amount up to 6 is added.

Redemptions and Library

A successful credit redemption is final and creates a durable Library entitlement to that exact Product under its assigned Product License. Redeemed Products remain in the Library after cancellation or membership end. A later membership end does not revoke a consumed redemption. Product availability, files and third-party terms remain factual to the Product.

Early access

Eligible Community content may be available to active members 48 hours before its general public release. Early access does not guarantee inventory, create Ghost exclusivity, or authorize access to a draft or unavailable Product.

Service discount

The progressive member discount is based on confirmed lifetime paid cycles: 1 cycle = 3%, 2 cycles = 5%, and 3 or more cycles = 10%. It applies only while membership is active and only to an explicitly eligible Service or Ghost offer. Discount history survives rejoining, but no discount is active while membership is inactive. Discounts do not stack; the system applies the best legitimate single discount available to the quote.

Cancellation, failed payment and expiry

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the provider's confirmed period end. Access can enter implemented grace or payment-recovery states after a failed invoice. When paid membership access ends, all unused credits expire. Membership history and permanent redeemed Product entitlements remain. Rejoining can use preserved lifetime paid-cycle history but does not restore expired unused credits unless a future published rule explicitly says so.

Refunds and disputes

A provider-confirmed refund or dispute may compensate the affected paid cycle and unconsumed benefits. It does not delete permanent Products already redeemed into the Library. Mandatory rights and the effective Refund Policy continue to apply.

Conduct and changes

Members must follow the platform Terms, Product Licenses and acceptable-use rules. A material future change will use a new version and may require fresh acceptance. Historical paid cycles, redemptions and accepted versions remain preserved.
