Nocturna Sounds Service Terms and IP

Request and quote authority

A Service Request opens qualification and Inbox communication; it is not a booking, promise or engagement. The current quote accepted by the authenticated customer is the authority for the exact scope, line items, EUR price, discount, turnaround description, revision terms, delivery format and incorporated document versions. A superseded, declined, cancelled or expired quote has no new acceptance authority.

Mixing — EUR 97 standard starting price

Mixing covers the accepted song/session and deliverables stated in the quote. The customer supplies organized, correctly labeled source files and confirms creative references and technical requirements. Nocturna works from the supplied recordings and does not obtain ownership of the customer's composition or performances. Included revisions are only those stated in the accepted quote.

Mastering — EUR 29 standard starting price

Mastering covers the accepted final mix and formats in the quote. The customer is responsible for supplying a technically suitable mix and accurate release requirements. A new mix or material creative change after mastering can require a new quote or paid revision.

Co-Production — EUR 500–700 indicative range

Co-Production scope, creative contribution, source-file delivery, credits, authorship, composition/publishing shares and any exclusive rights must be written in the accepted quote. No default transfer or split is invented. Co-Production payments at or above EUR 500 enter delivery review before files can be published.

Ghost Production service — quote only

A custom Ghost Production request is not the same as buying a catalog Ghost Product. Exclusivity, final price, milestones, source files, authorship/credit position, third-party material and rights transfer or license must be explicit in the accepted quote and any assigned Ghost License. Payment confirmation does not itself release delivery; the high-ticket delivery-review policy applies.

Custom Production — quote only

Custom Production deliverables, creative milestones, ownership/license position, credits and third-party dependencies are defined only by the accepted quote. No default work-for-hire, assignment, publishing split or exclusivity is implied.

1:1 — quote only

1:1 is a requested professional session with no fixed public price and no direct checkout. The accepted quote establishes price, duration, topic, preparation, rescheduling/cancellation terms and whether a recording or follow-up material is included. Scheduling opens only for an eligible engagement and real published owner windows.

Customer materials and third parties

The customer confirms authority to provide all recordings, stems, compositions, performances, samples, logos, artwork and references submitted for the work. The customer remains responsible for clearing third-party rights unless the accepted quote explicitly assigns a factual clearance task to Nocturna. Neither party may claim rights the other party has not granted.

Revisions and change requests

Revisions are bounded by the exact accepted quote. A change outside scope—including a new arrangement, replacement source material, new creative direction or additional deliverable—may require a new quote. Revision requests remain attached to the relevant delivery version; deleting or rewriting history is not part of the workflow.

Scheduling, cancellation and delay

Published availability is the only scheduling authority. No hours are implied when no windows exist. Customers should use Account scheduling controls for an eligible engagement. Delays caused by missing files, late feedback, rights uncertainty or an agreed scope change may require a revised timeline. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund decisions use the accepted quote, work already performed, mandatory rights and the effective Refund Policy.

Delivery and acceptance

Service files use private, versioned delivery batches. At-risk delivery subjects remain held until an authorized Admin records DELIVERY RELEASED. The customer can request only the revisions allowed by the accepted quote and can confirm completion after open revisions are resolved. Already downloaded files cannot be remotely recovered.

Portfolio and confidentiality

Nocturna will not publicly disclose unreleased customer files or project messages merely because it performed the Service. Any public portfolio use, credit or testimonial requires a separate factual basis or permission. Operational records may be retained privately for delivery, support, rights and transaction evidence.
